1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns of eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned in its original packaging
- Show no signs of wear, damage, or alteration
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
To ensure the safe return of your item, we recommend:
- Packaging the item securely
- Using a trackable shipping service
MoonhausGems is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
4. Inspection & Refund Processing
Once your returned item is received, it will be inspected to confirm eligibility.
If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer only.

If you choose to replace or exchange an item, return courier charges of up to ₹150 may apply. Replacements will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Refund Timeframe
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Depending on your bank or financial institution, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Gift cards
- Products specifically marked as non-refundable or non-returnable
- Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different product, please return the eligible item and place a new order separately.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us process your claim quickly, we strongly recommend recording a complete unboxing video before opening the parcel.
Claims submitted without sufficient evidence may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund as appropriate.
9. Product Preferences
Crystals and gemstones are natural products, and variations in color, shape, size, and pattern are normal.
Returns or refunds based solely on personal preference, such as liking or disliking the appearance or energy of a crystal, may not be accepted if the item received matches the product description.
